Well what I think is before you get angry you take all the hatred around you, you accumulate it and burst out through your actions. You might say that I was angry spontaneously but that's not how it's works. In such case there is always something in your head before you indulge.
"""That is not your's anymore""" Whenever you have a rage, anger or any emotions that tries to create tension Or any other imbalance (which your subconscious knows is wrong)  at that particular moment, "Your should ask question . Why, Why is that situation there in your life?" Example:- Whenever you are angry, ask why am I angry? Yes this "why" changes everything. Whenever you do this, that is not yours anymore.... Logic or main truth behind this is whenever you ask this question, your mind becomes alert, and your state of mind shifts from present situation or state, where you were doing whatever things, anything, other than curiosity , to that state where you start considering that, previous state as "dead snake" 🐍 even though you know that this will not bite you, Deep inside you are  still afraid of that physical body.........
